Our Financial Planning Advice Process

We offer our clients a personalised advice service designed to assist clients with their financial success. Our advice process is structured to make seeking advice straight forward and transparent. The service will include the following process.

Financial Planning Phase:

Your first meeting with us is used to determine what is of central importance to you. It is also structured to show you how we are able to help you. We achieve this by:

• Examining why you have come to see us
• Talking through your financial dissatisfactions
• Determining your financial objectives
• Gathering information and analysing this information before providing advice

This meeting usually takes an hour to an hour and a half. When you appoint us to provide advice we will:

• Develop a plan to help you achieve your goals
• Present our recommendations to you
• Provide you with a written Statement of Advice

It is crucial that you comprehend and are comfortable with our recommendations before proceeding to execute our advice.

Implementation Phase:

To perform the recommendations in the Statement of Advice we will:

• List appropriate actions needed to proceed.
• Establish a time line for implementing the actions.
• Assist you in completing the paperwork.
• Handle the submission of applications and proposals.
• Liaise with Fund Managers and life companies.
• Confirm that the implementation has been successfully completed.

Wealth Management Phase:

We advise that you frequently review your implemented plan to guarantee it continues to meet your financial goals and objectives. This forms part of the ongoing services we can provide including:

• Regular planning meetings
• Ongoing advice
• Portfolio valuation and review
• Client newsletter
• Invitations to seminars

Result

While the financial planning process may differ slightly from one adviser to another, the result should not. And that is to achieve your financial success and security.
